Who we are
Sysverge Solutions ("Sysverge", "we", "us") designs, builds, and optimizes websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to the websites we build for clients.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us or request a quote, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and details about your project. We only ask for what we need to respond.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. It collects things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the links you click, your browser and device type, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
Server and security logs. This site is served through Cloudflare, which may log IP addresses and request data for security, performance, and abuse prevention.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (names beginning with _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks.
You can opt out at any time. The site works fully without analytics cookies. To opt out you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of service providers to run this site. Each processes limited data under its own privacy policy:

Data retention
We keep correspondence and project inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings and then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle it promptly. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; since we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Children's privacy
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
