What we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect what you send us, we run analytics to improve the site, and we do not sell or trade your information.
Who we are
Sysverge Solutions ("Sysverge", "we", "us") designs, builds, and optimizes websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to the websites we build for clients.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, use live chat, or request a quote, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and details about your project. We only ask for what we need to respond. When analytics is enabled, campaign parameters and click identifiers may be stored for the browser session and included with a form request, together with the source page, to understand which campaigns generate inquiries.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. It collects things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the links you click, your browser and device type, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you found us. We measure inquiry and complimentary-review form views, starts, attempts, errors and provider-confirmed submissions; phone, email and booking-link clicks; and interest in services, pricing, portfolio work, offers and FAQs. We do not send contact details or free-text form answers to Google Analytics. Phone and booking-link clicks are not proof of completed calls or appointments.
Live chat. We use tawk.to to answer questions and receive messages. When the widget loads, tawk.to may process your IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited. If you chat with us, it also processes the messages and contact details you choose to provide.
Server and security logs. This site is served through Cloudflare, which may log IP addresses and request data for security, performance, and abuse prevention. Cloudflare also provides cookieless performance measurement. Declining Google Analytics cookies does not disable Cloudflare's hosting, security, or cookieless performance measurement.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (names beginning with _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks.
Analytics is on by default. Choose Decline in the cookie notice to stop Google Analytics collection and remove its cookies from this site. Accept keeps analytics enabled. Declining does not erase information already sent before your choice.
You can change your choice at any time. Use here or in the footer, turn Google Analytics on or off, then save. The site and contact forms work with analytics disabled.
The tawk.to chat service uses cookies and browser storage to maintain chat sessions and recognize returning visitors. The Google Analytics choice above applies to Google Analytics only; it does not disable chat or its storage.
We store your choice and its date in your browser's local storage for 180 days. This preference record is used to remember your choice, not to track you. It applies to this browser on this site; clearing browser storage, using another browser, or letting the preference expire brings the notice back. If your browser blocks local storage, your choice applies only to the current page.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of service providers to run this site. Each processes limited data under its own privacy policy:

- Site fonts are served with this website through Cloudflare. Loading the typefaces does not make a separate request to Google Fonts.

How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and prepare proposals and quotes.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Data retention
We keep correspondence and project inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations. GA4 event and user data retention is set to 14 months; aggregate reports may remain longer.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle it promptly. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; since we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Children's privacy
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
