Common questions
What decides where I land in the range?
Scope, not haggling. The starting price covers design, build, and launch of the pages in your quote. At $4,500 that is a 5 to 8 page site with everything on the list. What moves it is work beyond that: additional pages, copywriting, logo or brand work, photography, migrating content from an existing site, e-commerce, booking, or connecting software you already use. You get the exact figure in writing before anything starts, and it does not change unless you approve a change.
Do I own the site if we part ways?
Yes, completely. On final payment you own the design, the content, and the full source code, and we will hand you a complete export whenever you ask. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. We manage DNS for you, but we never hold the domain. Leaving is a checklist, not a hostage negotiation.
What happens if I cancel a care plan?
Care plans are month to month with no minimum term, so you can cancel whenever. We move the site to your own hosting account, or hand you a full export to take anywhere. What ends is the maintenance: backups, monitoring, updates, and your monthly change allowance become yours, and anything after that is billed at $150 an hour. The site stays yours either way. Local SEO plans work differently. Those run 6 to 12 months, because the work does not pay off inside a shorter window.
Why does local SEO take 4 to 6 months?
Because you are building authority, not flipping a switch. Reviews, citations, content, and Google's trust in your profile accumulate. Early signals usually show in 60 to 90 days, meaningful movement in 4 to 6 months. That is why plans run 6 to 12 months: shorter than that and you pay for the setup without staying long enough to collect on it. You get a report every month, so you can see the work and the movement before the rankings arrive. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is selling something else.
Should I run ads instead of SEO?
Not instead, and usually not yet. Ads rent attention. SEO owns it. We also will not point paid traffic at a site that does not convert or is not tracked properly, because that is paying to fill a leaky bucket. Once your site converts and we can measure every click, ads work well alongside SEO to cover the months before rankings arrive. If it does not yet, we fix that first.
